I always call that "Jesus sun" cause when I was growing up in New Mexico, all the black velvet paintings of Jesus that were sold on the street always featured sun like that...

I always called those "Angel beams." My daughter calls them "Angel slides," as she says that's how the angels come down from heaven to be with us - by sliding down sunbeams just like at the playground.
She's a treasure.
