Being Rowdy

This week is Vacation Bible School at church. It’s one of my favorite weeks of the year. I love having our buildings filled with kids.  Everyone, adults and kids alike, really get into it.  It’s one of the greatest concentrations of enthusiastic positive energy I’ve ever seen.

This year I get to play a cowboy named “Rowdy”. Here is a picture of Rowdy (I let my beard grow over my vacation and have been eating a lot of ice cream) and Jodie Leach, the woman who does such a fantastic job of putting the whole thing together.
