Tom--that is one of our jars of homemade homegrown red raspberry jam, perhaps just as good as the ice cream and possibly even a smidgeon better! Don't worry, we left some space for it to expand when we froze it. Now the vanilla cokes I put in the freezer to turn into a slushie and then forget about... well, that's another story!
