Here's another one of my favorite flowers from this summer. It's an "orchid" dahlia, and I'll let the flower speak for itself.
As for the plant, it was probably about two feet high and probably spread about equally wide. It started blooming early, bloomed prolifically, and never quit until frost did it in. Hummers liked; in fact, I think I have a pic of a hummer feeding on it that I'll have to post one of these days.
In other words, it's another dahlia you can't go wrong with in the garden!
Awesome, we gotta get one for next year. Plant in the Spring?

This is such a beautiful flower or just a nice shot? Well, this plants is truly wonderful. It reflects unto its creator.
