Garden Color

As a reader of this blog, you've no doubt realized that black is one of my favorite colors in the garden.  Black roses, black dahlias, black daylilies and asiatic lilies, and this year--black petunias, which probably are the only one of these flowers that really do appear to be true black.  These are either African Chant daylilies or American Revolution--I tend to forget what is what.  What I do know is that I sure enjoy looking at them.
