How's Your Heart?

I thought this was pretty clever.  As you might expect in an ad for a hybrid vehicle, it starts out calm and serene, highlighting the environmental benefits of driving such a car.  But then...  well, let's just say it changes a bit. And when it does, both the driving and those being driven are a lot of fun to watch.  Though I think I have a pretty good idea, anybody know what the young woman says at the end?
